    hp zd7377ea screen failure

    My zd7377ea has started on start up to show virtical lines and stalls before xp starts then black screen after a while it crashes and restarts. when started in safe mode the screen is distorted but webpages are ok it has a NVIDIA geforce FXgo 5700 card

    I'm pretty sure the graphics card is failing, that would cause both the screen distortions and the crashing.

    There was a recall on the zd7000 serried for failing graphics cards. Call up I bet you can get it fixed for free. You will also get an ati radeon x600 as a replacement.

    have donr on line hp health check and spoke to advisor just told to contact local service centre
