Hi. I'm trying to get my Envy 14's Radiance screen replaced (as a warranty claim, some small dark spots, etc.) I sent it on October already, and they had no Radiance screens at that time - I told them to send it back to me after more than 2 months of waiting.

This time, I asked the company HP Poland's outsourcing their repairs to - A-Novo - whether they have any replacements screens before deciding to send my laptop.

And, believe it or not, they say they do! I gave them my laptop's serial number, and they say they have spare replacements screens with the same resolution I have - I explicitly asked to confirm that, because I was afraid they could replace my radiance with BV.

They told me the screen's serial# is hp-617253-001 - is this really Radiance? I wasn't able to confirm it just through Googling, but I don't think they'd lie to me. I think I'll ask HP for a courier tommorow.

Maybe you guys should send your lappys to Poland ;)

    PS I only got this:
