    would it be worth it going from a t-7500 , or would thee be negligible gain ? and why is the t-7600 $700.00?? is it somehow better than the t-7700 is it unlocked ?

    The gain is pretty negligible. In processor-intensive applications (like rendering and video/sound/image editing), you might notice around an 8% speed increase, but that's pretty hard to notice, honestly. In games, which tend to be more GPU intensive, the performance difference would be even less.
