    i saw many people they havent keyboard problem and they not make clean install of windows. i saw many small .exe program at the system processes. maybe one of that is for the keyboard. so if you had the keyboard problem. try to install the system use the hp version, and DONOT delete the small processes. maybe it will fix. i also have this problem, im was delete all unknow processes

    please try that ~~if fix it, that mean hp already made the patch, just cause some people delete the patch

    I bought my machine a month back and the keyboard problem was there when the notebook installed everything for the first time. I through it might be because of the bloatwares so I made a clean install but the problem exists till now.
