i just got my dv7tqe from fedex like an hour ago...
and i have a couple problem..

the first is, i dont know how to properly insert the battery..
it kinda goes in but pop out later which means it wasnt locked in properly..

and second problem is..there is like a tiny crack on edge of the top surface
of the laptop..where the folding and speaker meets..its tiny but like
big enugh for a fingernail to go in.. is this normal? should i not bother with it? or thinking about exchanging or returning?

thank you and i appreciate all kinds of help and concerns

If the battery is not snapping well, and you have the small crack on the edge, I would go ahead and exchange it. Yeah because if you did it like the video and the click pops out the battery then there might be something wrong as there's not that much pressure to put in as when you hear the click is when it is locked as you heard on the video. But this is the first time I hear this happen to the battery not locking in.
