    i have laptop Hp pavalion dv6790ej
    and when i runing windows xp sp3
    it shows me in my computer proprites
    3GHz memory and i have 4!
    and t9300 2.5ghz and second is 773mhz?!?!!?
    how can it be 773? core duo 0_o

    32bit OS can only recognise upto ~3GB memory. Get 64bit if you want to use/recognize 4GB RAM.

    Speedstep is working to save power when the system is idle. Use a real time clock speed utility like CPU-Z to check and make sure the processor changes the speed depending on the load.
