so i own a hp dv7t with 6770m,
and since the sandy hurricane came and power was out i couldnt use it
and i left my house because it was too cold.
and when the power came back, i came to my house
and the house was freezing cold just like outside
and i turned my hp7t right away because i missed it so much.
first the fan made a very weird noise i never heard before
something squeaky.
but it managed to log in to window and it seemded like it was normal
everyday task like websurfing or watching videos doesnt feel like it is damaged
(but internet explorer with lots of windows feel like little bit slower but i dont know if it actaully is or i just feel like that)
but while playing games i feel significant damage
6770m could handle league of legends at highest setttings with full 60 fps
now in blank scene it stays in 60, but while actual gaming in drops to even 40 in normal settting!!!
even intel hd gpu can handle this game and i feel like it is damaged.
does booting up laptop in cold weather (it was really cold, just imagine booting up ur laptop while outside snowing)
damage ur laptop?
i think my dv7t is damaged...by cold weather. help needed.
