    in between dv4t and dv5t

    hi. i ordered hp dv4t with specifications:

    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor T9600 (2.80GHz)
    - 14.1" diagonal WXGA High-Definition HP BrightView Widescreen Display (1280 x 800)
    - FREE Upgrade to 3GB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm) from 1GB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm)
    - 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 9200M GS
    - 250GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection
    - Webcam Only
    - HP Color Matching Keyboard
    - 802.11b/g WLAN and Bluetooth
    - No Integrated WWAN
    - Integrated 56K Modem
    - No TV Tuner w/remote control
    - High Capacity 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery
    - SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-R/RW with Double Layer Support

    but there is a chance to cancel my order. and i couldnt decide to cancel or not. because there is a dv5t option. the configuration is different and $30 more. what do you say about it? the configuration is:

    The main difference is the video card. If you want to play games, get the dv5t. If you din't and prefer a smaller size, then get the dv4t.

    Also, read the reviews for both laptops; the dv5t tends to run hot when idling, and with its 9600M GT, is reported to run very hot when under stress.

    It just depends if u into gaming or not, and yea the dv5t does run hot but the Zalman NC2000 cooler takes care of the heat.

    ^ Whatever happened to laptops being able to handle cooling on their own? Having to buy a 3rd party cooling solution simply demonstrates crappy design.

    I solved the dv5t heat problem with... a glasses case. It is the perfect angle, fits like a charm, and keeps it way of the ground. I have also used my cell phone in the past, which actually lifts the WHOLE laptop, not jut the back, if placed in the proper position.
