    intel virtualization technology - enable or disable?

    should it be disable or enabled in bios? i think its disabled by default?

    Do you XP Mode? If not, you do not need it.

    he means do you use the windows xp mode virtual pc stuff that you can setup for free if you have windows 7 professional or ultimate.

    You don't need Intel VT unless you use the Windows XP mode that comes with Windows 7 Professional/Ultimate (like others have said) or other third-party virtualization solutions (ie. VMware, VirtualBox, etc).
