I have the ze4610us ;laptop, is there a way to install an internal wireless card just like it came from the factory?

I checked the HP parts site and was not capable of locating a wireless networking card P/N for your unit. Your wireless card may be integrated onto the systemboard. Check the underside of your notebook and see if there's a small cover that can be removed that will fit a module the size of a DDR ram chip (not the memory slot). If that additional slot is available, you may be able to add a Mini-PCI wireless module into the unit. But if there's something already there and it's not the ram module you're looking at, you may already have wireless built-in and all you need are drivers.

yes there is another compartmnent next to the RAM slots. Its not marked like the RAM slots but the slots look similar, so that a space for an internal card?

That sounds like a mini PCI slot. The only other thing is to confirm that an antenna is built in. I would call supposrt just to be sure before wasting $50 on the card.
