    just wondering if the envy 18 is capable to being awaken from sleep with an external mouse keyboard that is connected with a usb dongle. i am able to do this with my envy 14 but it doesnt seem to work with the hdx. i have the hid device in device manager set to allow it to waken pc and i know the usb ports are powered when its asleep becasue i have a small external thernaltake fan on it and its on all the time. this setup works well with my envy just not with the hdx. anyone have any ideas?

    No it can't be done on any HDX line. Not supported in BIOS.
