    remote temp:- 48C
    HD0:- 42C
    temp1:- 42C

    temp3:- 21C
temp4:- 53C (this is my concern)

as long as it is under 60C, you don't need to worry. it can handle 90C but over 60C for long period of time can short its life.

using core temp, my dV5t range from 30 to 52. It reached 60c one time, and 45-48 are common. my usage are very light, not heavy such as gaming. HP fan is very unpredictable. it seems to run at no specific temp and stop at no specific temp. my old gateway fan always start when it reached 45c and stop when it reached 30.

Your temps are fine. Once your laptop starts remaining in the 70's is the time to clean out the vents and get a notebook cooler.

    Yes.

If it never turns on, then you have a problem.

Your temps are NOTHING to worry about. They are fine.

i have disabled the "ON" option from the BIOS a week ago. but yes it get off rarely. otherwise it keeps running silently..and to note you guys this laptop lack vent at the bottom. just one vent at left side from where the hot air comes out.
in other laptops you can see the fan at the bottom. but this doesnt have one.

There is indeed a fan, you probably can't see it. If it didn't have a fan, then there wouldn't be any hot air blowing out.
