iTunes uses Gear software to burn CDs, but Apple only ships with the Gear Drivers for 32-bit Windows. Fortunately, Gear has an x64 version on their website, which, once installed, automatically makes your CD/DVD burners azvailable to iTunes.

    Grab it from http://www.gearsoftware.com/support/drivers.cfm .
