latest and newest 7600 go drivers?

hi guys,

i want to download the latest 7600 go drivers and i was wondering where can i
download them from?
if i go 2 nvidia.com i see the "geforce go 7 series" but it looks like it only supports the 7800 and 7900 cards...or maybe im wrong?...it doesnt say anything about the 7600 even in the release notes

and i rather not d\l the drivers from some unknown site by a google search

You're correct, only the 7800 and 7900 go are supported by drivers found on Nvidia's site. For your 7600, you'll need to download a special modded driver from another site; there's a sticky in graphics section of this forum that can help you update your drivers.

hmmm i looked at the release notes of the newest forceware drivers in nvidia.com that the above post suggested and it only says that the 7600 GT
or the 7600 GS r supported...nothing in there about the 7600 GO

Follow Iskra advice and go to laptopvideo2go.com and download the drivers and inf file there. Works great. I did it 1 month ago and had great results.

What are the steps you followed to install the 8498 drivers? I tried to install them and had some problem. I was trying to install them over the older nVidia drivers that shipped with the laptop.

Also, what difference in performance did you notice?

never mind because I did find the Have Disk procedure at the Laptopvideo2go site. Installed fine but any tweaks to help color or performance would be good from you or anyone else. Thanks.
