So I've used these drivers before (the 12.2 version) on my laptop. dv7t quad 6100 with 6770m. I tried the HP drivers + 12.3 before leshcat updated.

After I ran the AMD uninstallation and ran driver sweeper in safe mode, and I tried installing the 12.3 leshcat switchable graphics, for some reason the "Intel Media Components" weren't showing up when I would choose custom installation. It did when I installed 12.2 before.

I tried running the leshcat thing again to make the drivers and running them again (both 12.3 and 12.2) but every time it wouldn't show the intel media components. So I just installed anyway and it works but only the high performance gpu is usable and even though the switchable graphics window can be opened, selecting "power saving gpu" just doesn't do anything.

Anyone know why it's doing this?

When wiping all the drivers was the bios set on dynamic switching.

Did you tick "HP Fixed mode patch" and "Include IntelMedia Additions" when extracting Leshcat's driver?

I get sticky clock problem with 12.3. Will downgrade back to 12.2 UP5 after running 3DMark11. :D

The clock stay at 3D mode eventho its idling hence u'll get higher idle temp.

Leshcat even reported that he knows about higher heat in idle state in 12.3. He said that he can't do anything about it. So you should choose: better performance or cooler laptop (about 10 degrees Celsius).
