    mem card reader not working,help

    the mem card reader on my dv6500 has been workn,but tonite for some reason its not workn.

    i did go into device manager and see it under disc drives,but there is a yellow triangle with a exclamtion mark in it.i did try to update drivers and search my pc for them,but it just says these are the newest ones.

    i go into properties and it says windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory(code 38)

    wot can i do.

    Uninstall it and re-install it.

    where do i find the setup when i reinstall it.wot would i look for name wise
