Is this supposed to say dv2500 or do they all say dv2000.
I'm just wondering. packing slip says dv2500t

The laptop is labeled correctly, as it is part of the dv2000 series.

stop wondering, it is just the same part as the dv2000. overall the actual shape of the laptop is the same as the dv2000 so they use most of the same parts

my dv9500 has the same thing lol. They use the same casing that was mass produced. i assume by the next round, they'll have the correct number around. actually if i remember correctly, thats mostly for cto notebooks that they stick the generic model, the 9235 my dad bought from compUSA has the actual number on it.
my dv2500 says dv2000 on the top right?
