    i bought my hp pavilion laptop from abroad and realised later that it's has no restored cd. i have been to hp web site but i did not get the help i want. i want to find out if the restored cd do come with the package or i have to buy it separately and if so how can i get the restored cd.Is there any hope for me to get a restored cd for my hp pavilion zd 7000 laptop.

    the only thing left to do is call the HP customer service phone number for the country you made the purchase in. I know some companies charge you for a restore cd, I've had such an experience with Sony.
