    Hello all,
I recently purchased a new battery for my evo n620c. The battery took a full charge but the yellow charging light wont go off. I then discharged the battery then recharged it without any difference. The internal mechanism of the battery apparantly is not turning off the charging mode. My question is..What, if any, harm can be done to the laptop or battery in this condition, and, can I do anything to correct this?

Thanks for reading and any help will be appreciated,

    Kevin
