This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     nc4200 Problems / Bugs when used out of basic docking station

    Hi

    I have a 18 month old nc4200 which I use for work. It has until now been great and trouble free.

    I was recently given (by the IT god) a basic docking station for use in my office. This works fine as well.

    Now when I use the laptop undocked I have problems with it shutting down (hangs as windows closes). The sound card doesn't work, USB is slow, USB sometomes doesn't work, very slow to find network drives.

    Has anyone experienced this?
