Hi - I have read rave reviews on this machine. I want a 14.1 screen with XGA--- but I saw some pictures and the keyboard looks small - more specifically, the actual keys don't look quite full sized as my Dell's or an IBM. Does anyone have this computer or another HP 14.1" that they can comment on. I saw the pic at a site called Arsa Technological (i googled nc6000 reviews and found it)
Thanks~

I had the Compaq Evo N620c which the NC6000 replaced and I found that the keys on the unit were comparable to the HP NX7000 I had. The size of the keys and the travel was great, I guess I got a bit spoiled using HP keyboards because it took a while to get used to my old Toshiba keyboard after I returned the units.

Keys are not as large as DELL (Lattitude) nor some SONY keyboards, but are on the larger side when compared to other notebooks of similar size. The feel and stroke are great.
Like MelissaBF, interested as I was, I had a few reservations about the model including the keyboard. I bought two (2) nc6000's after doing the touchy-feely thing at a local computer store that had an nc8000 on display.
Hope you find a unit, punch the keys... then you can decide for yourself.
Good luck!

The nc6000 are supposed to be full-sized, same specs as the nc8000.
Full specs here:

Again, same as nc8000/nw8000.
