    nc6220 bios update freezing

    Hi all - trying to update the bios on a nc6220 and the system freezes after hitting next on the bios install application. I don't get to the screen that would display what the currently installed bios is vs. what will be installed. Running Windows Vista 32bit business. Thanks for any help.
