This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    nc8430 - slow DVD burning

    My nc8430 burns CD's pretty fast, but I burn one full data DVD for nearly 2 hours! I am using Nero 7 and I always choose 4x burning speed (Nero is also displaying 4x speed, but is burning very slow). Is there any cure to this problem?
