    With my nc8430 finally on the way, I figured I'd step up my search for some peripherals/accessories. My roommate has a neoprene sleeve for his Thinkpad T42 and I'd be interested in something similar for my nc8430, since I'll actually feel like carrying it around, as opposed to my Dell XPS monster.

    I've read good things about this one, even if it isn't quite what I originally had in mind.
    This is more like it, but they 'claim' it only holds laptops that are 3/4" thick; anyone tried to put a 1" thick laptop in there?

    Any other suggestions for a sleeve for the nc8430?

    you can also check out sumdex sleeves or shinza zeroshock sleeves. if you want something more sturdy, there are the axio hard cases or the booq vyper. maybe even the tom bihn brain cell.

    For my nc8430 I bought an Incase sleeve from the local Apple store. It fits perfectly, looks good and works well.

    hey, i'm trying to find a decent form fitting case for my nc8430. i've been hunting apple's site for that Incase sleeve, but i'm having trouble finding a link with specs and whatnot. is there a chance that you have the link? would appreciate it!

    EDIT: I found out there was an Apple store near me in Indianapolis...they had the case and it works perfectly! Thanks!
