Popping the cover underneath only reveals one stick of RAM, is the other stick embedded? If not how do I locate and remove it?

One stick is accessible from the underside. The other one is beneath the keyboard.

Is there a guide anywhere that shows the proper procedure of reaching the other stick of RAM underneath the keyboard?
