    the free upgrade deal of dv9000t's dead line is 12/2/2006,I do not know if there will be a better free upgrading after that or a worse one?? is there somebody know or familiar with that??

    Don't take my word as gold, but it seems as the holidays roll around, more and more companies give good discounts/deals. I generally think if you aren't ready to buy, don't buy just to get some deal - you'll see another one sooner than you think.

    On the other hand, you didn't really list any reasons why you're waiting...if you just want to see a better deal, the current HP deal seems fairly good. I doubt you'll see a much better deal in terms of dollars saved on that series of computer.
