    new dv6t 60xx won't overclock

    I've tried both MSI and Trixx but neither one can seem to read the 6770's drivers. It can see the card though. Whenever I try to apply the new clocks they just revert to 0. I have the stock hp driver: 8.830.6.3000.

    Please help :confused:

    did u update the BIOS? it won't work if you're using dynamic switching

    I did not. The OC thread said if it was a new 60xx it already had the new bios and to skip to step 7..

    Actually it's a dv6t 6b00. It already has f.02, which the bios thread says is the newest version.

    Ok it was on dynamic. The guide didn't mention I'd have to change it. I'll see how this goes now.
