This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i noticed the screen description on the hp dv 2500t now says 14.1" WXGA High-Definition HP BrightView Widescreen Display (1280 x 800) . Before I don't remember it saying hp HD brightview, does my dv2500t i bought a few weeks ago have the same screen?

    It's a glossy 1280x800 screen then and now. It's just a marketing gimmick.
