    when will hp/compaq release a new series of notebooks? or are they planing on a new notebook anytime soon? just wanna know.

    The dv2 is due in April, last I heard....

    I forgot to mention the netbooks earlier, especially the HP Mini 2140...I scoffed at netbooks until the 2140 showed up. Now if they'd hurry up and deliver the high resolution 1366x768 display option...I'll have no choice but to buy one!

    Those G series look pretty close to how Asus number some of their models.
