Hey,
How do I clear disk space for the D drive on my hp pavillon 6000t. The D drive (6 gb) is where the automatic partition for windows is that Hp put on. When I go to disk cleanup it only shows the recycle bin which is empty. A popup keeps coming on telling me I have no disc space. I thought that it was normal to have the D drive full though because of the partition but i guess not. Anybody know
thanks

You can turn off the "not enough disk space" notifications.
**Edit**
I forgot to mention it's the same way as in XP.

My D drive is for the recovery image on my DV6000, not Windows. Are you sure it's the Windows partition?

first did you make your recovery disks if you delete that and you haven't made your recovery disks your in trouble.
if you have made them go to start, search "recovery Manager" or just "recovery" will work then you sill see a program called recovery manager run it click advanced options then click the bubble that says remove recovery partition and hit next and your off. -
thanks everyone
