On my order I received a packing slip in only 1 of the box's, not in each individual box. I sent in my rebate using the 1 packing slip.

Did you order over the phone, or online? Wouldn't they have given you an order # ? You could then call HP, give them the order # and tell them that you did not receive a packing list. I would imagine that they could either email or fax you one.

You should be fine with your computer packing slip as they just want to make sure the printer is listed on it...

I ordered from Costco....and did not get a packing slip either. I called Costco and at first they were a little skeptical but finally believed me and said that I could send in my original order confirmation to prove the purchase for a $50 rebate. It worked.

Wow, I might have to do that as I have not a packing slip when mine came in. I guess it is more secure that way, people not knowing what is in the box. But hey if I can get a $50 for missing slip, then I am all for it...
