I posted a similar thread to this but in the wrong forum and the answers I got were not all that much help so I’m re posting here in hope of more relevant help.

I have an nx6325 with a ti xx12 card bus and flash card reader. Is there any way to make this card reader read a 4gb sd card. It will happily read it if I load vista on but to be honest I’m not too keen. The new security in vista is too restrictive, it’s like using Linux, and I spend too much time fighting the computer instead of working on it. I’ve tried all the obvious, latest drivers and bios. Someone even sent me editing the registry  but that didn’t work so I changed them back. I even went so far as the ring there help line  and after telling me to do what I’d already done he shrugged his shoulder and told me he didn’t know how to do it. There must be some how to do it with out having to resort to vista.

    Help please.
