    Is the screen glossy or matte? And is there an option to add brightview? I couldnt' find it on the customization screen.

    There is usually an option on the customize page to have matte or brightview.
    Brightview being the glossy option.

    i'm not sure about US version but.. in here we can only get it as matte, since it is a business laptop

    It's preconfigured only, and certain configurations are available with glossy, others with matte.
