If I order an nx 9420 from a reseller does anyone know if I can call HP and order the operating system disk after I have bought the laptop somewhere else? If so, who do you call and how much is the disk and thanks?

Last night I spent 2 hours trying to order the Os disk that match my system I was told I could only have restore disks and this would restore all the bloatware. If i wanted a clean install I would have to purchase a retail verison of the os.
