    HI!

at the first sorry for my very bad English. I`m an Spanish user of the HP NX9420 that come with WIN XP HOME.
I decide to format the hard disk and install my copy of WIN XP PROFESSIONAL SP2 (original of course) but this option caused that the option to pulse the F11 key for emergency recovery dont`t appear

I reinstall all the HP aplications that are located in swsetup, included the backup & recovery manager but the F11 message don`t appear too.

anybody knows how to reinstall this aplication for " a possible" emergency recovery?

    thank you very much

    best regards

Actually F11 message will not appear. follow these steps-
    1. insert the backup and recovery CD in the CD drive
    2. reastart the system and when you see the BIOS logo like hp or compaq(the first image during boot) keep on tapping F11 key from your keyboard.
    3. then select "Recover PC" from the menu and follow the steps there on......
