    order direct from Hp???

    when ordering direct from hp can i order the intel processor or just amd. when i look at the website all they have is amd avil.

    maybe i am just not looking in all the right places.

    It depends on what you're ordering. I just ordered a dv6700tse with the Intel chip. Some lines only have the AMD while others have the Intel.

    edit: Looks like the "z" line has the AMD - "t" has the Intel

    Great! thanks for all the help everyone. maybe i will just call em. sounds the easiest thing to do. i just have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get my laptop. ouch. lol
