    Is it possible to use a different remote control on the HP dv9000t? and if so what do I need to do to make it happen? Because my HP remote control does not work anymore and I have another remote control from my tv tuner (not from HP)

    well no i doubt you can unless they use the same code/frequency or something. Your best bet is to get a new one from HP.
