theres a connector inside my laptop that says cn2 on it, right next to the usb port on the seperate board of my compaq v200, im hoping the is usb because one of the usb ports is broken off and the hard drive is toast, so i wanna put a usb flash drive where the hard drive was. if anyone knows what this connector is and what pins are what, its 1 row of 8 pins, smaller and spaced close then an internal desktop usb header, any info would be greatly appreciated. oh and i was also considering just soldering wires to where the usb port broke off, but it took the ring that you solder to off the board so thats not an option
