    i have a hp pavilion g6 laptop. i formated it by win 7 dvd unfortunately i lost my
    original win 7 home primium recovery options after that. so i am worried if you can pleace explain to me how to get my original recovery option step by step thanking you :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

    Hello after format there is nothing to do, but do not worry install Windows 7 using the license you already have with your PC, then on the site of hp download all the drivers and programs And then you make a recovery disk

    Well for one thing if you can get to HP site you can always order a new recovery media if they still have them for your laptop. And as the other poster said your COA will work for the W7 dvd install as well. To get recovery option what do you mean? Partition recovery or media creation recovery??
