i received my hp dv5t and supposedly i have the high capacity 6 cell bat
how can i make sure that it is a 6 cell high capacity bat???
i called hp but no one seems to know how to differentiate??
any one knows whats the difference between the regular and the high capacity?.. please help

High capacity has about 20% more life.
Run the part # in the battery on the HP parts surfer website.
Also compare with other users. -

A standard battery is 10.8v 48WH.
Standard battery: 4400maH
High Capacity battery: 5280maH
Edit: I know there is a difference between the Watt Hour rating stamped on the battery and the spec. rating in maH, don't ask me why.
