The ZX5000/ZD7000 series can come with brightview along with a P4. Because these systems are not Centrino, does these models that have Brightview screens use more power than the ones that don't, particullarly if the systems are using a P4 vs a Centrino?

From what I've read, there isn't any difference in battery usage...since the brightviews just use a different covering over the screen. They appear alot brighter because of it, and in fact allow you to turn down brightness, which will allow more battery usage.

I love our laptop with brightview and highly recommend it. It's so clear and bright. colors are amazing!
