    my machine runs slow, and i don't know what else to clean out. it keeps asking to open live update and clean out disk space, but when i tell it to go ahead and open up, it does nothing. i am always prompted for this upon reboot.
    also, would anyone else know where to find schematics of the disk drive? i have a bit of connective "tissue" for lack of appropriate term (color: copper-like), causing the drive to cease responding....
    any help is appreciated!!

    Your hard drive probably needs to be replaced. Also, don't use Norton.
