This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     print screen button does`nt work

    the button print screen does`nt work on my dv9500 .
    both of the times when numlock is on or off it acts as the button home.
    is yours like mine

    you have to hold down "fn" key, then print screen....

    then paste it in Paint or other programs...
