    Slight problem- I clicked on WMP the program just couldn't come on says VB error . Same with media center (audio error) and Help & support.
    Can someone help please??

    WMP - Windows Media Player? i would suggest to download WMP11 and re-install them.

    for audio error... go to HP support and download the latest driver (that might fix your MCE error)
