I got a compaq v3000 with a Turion X2 chip and the temperature is constantly 55C-60C. Is that normal?

If it is idle then thats a tad hotter than what it should be. Mine stays around 40C - 47C at idle(surfing the web, music & typing stuff). At load the temps rise to around 65C. Is the air vents clogged in dust or blocked? Also look in task manager if some process is hogging your cpu leading to the high temperatures.
