    i see some notebooks in this forum like dv6134(just put some numbers in there) whats the difference between that and a dv6000 on the hp website its just the dv9000 6000 and 2000 series are the ones that have the numbers insted of 0s next to the first number better or what or is there no difference.

    If you see one with just 0's (like DV6000) it is a custom to order model gotten directly from HP's website. If you see one with numbers (such as DV6134 or whatever) then it is either a preconfigured model from HP's website or bought at another reseller.
