I recently upgraded my vista x32 to vista x64. My notebook's model is dv9500t

I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade my amount of ram to 8gb, i currently have 4 gb (2gb x 2) but im not sure if this specific model will accept more than 2gb sticks.

Can anyone help me? if you need all my stats take a look at my signature at the bottom of the post. Thanks!

I don't think your bios will recognize 8gb of ram. Double check with your chipset as well. btw, why would you need 8gb of ram anyways?
