    reinstall hp webcam help

    i just was gonna use my webcam and its not turning on. i tried to find the installer in programs but couldnt find it. where will i find it. can i even reinstall it or do i need to install the whole hp quickplay thingy. it was workn this morn.

    Go to your System Properties > Device Manager > Imaging Devices

    Double click on the HP webcam and uninstall it from there. You do not need to reinstall quickplay, thats a totally different program. It is the drivers that you need to reload

    Follow all the directions exactly as stated and it should work
