    Hi eaadams,

If you go to www.shopping.hp.com, and then click 'Returns & Exchanges' on the left side of the page, you'll see the explanation of their 30 DAY return & exchange policy.

Good luck to you - cheers,

    Stevo

So if I am having trouble deciding between a zt3000 and a zd7000 I could order one and try it for 2 weeks and then return it for the other if the first model didn't work out?

Yes you could do that. I ordered a R3000Z and after 28 days decided the video card for it just couldn't do what I needed it to so I returned it and then ordered a R3000T no problems, I didn't pay any shipping on anything. They also returned the money to my credit card quickly. Please don't think of it as a try it out program, pick the one you want and if you get it and don't like it return it for somthing else. If you just use it to try things out and return them then HP has to now sell those returns as refurbished and it cost them extra money. I know some don't worry about this but if it happens to much they will drop their nice return policy and be forced to make the money back somewhere. Before I bought mine I went to best buy to see them, lucky for us HP has lots of model's at stores unlike dell you can't really get your hands on. I could have avoided my return if I had the chance to run benchmarks and a game on mine first [ :)] but we can't have it all. I'm not really saying all this to you but to everyone in general.
