    hey guys,
    i have a less-than-a-week old dv9030us from hp and it is a beauty. suddenly, it would just shut off while im using it. i thought it was because of the heat when i play video games but it happened when i was surfing the internet, and reading documents. i contacted hp and they led me to a firmware upgrade and a power management reset but neither worked. has anyone else ever seen this happen? i switched wall outlets, used it without the battery installed and now im using it on battery only, with no ac power. so far no shut down with the battery only but it may jhust be a matter of time. anyone with suggestions please help. im trying to avoid sending it back since im not in the us and itll be a long time before i get it back if i send it...
